初期のHiphop. House. Techno. 70'S Rock に影響を受けた後、エレクトロミュージックの製作に傾倒。実験的なミニマルミュージックの側面と、先進的なハウスミュージックの側面を合わせもつその楽曲はP.A.N 名義でThe Lizard をリリース。2007 年になり制作されたMy Soul,Rise,monument はドイツはPoker Flat 主宰STEVE BUG の目にとまりUKのクラブFABRIC が発表するMix CD シリーズSteve Bug mixes "Fabric #37 "のアルバムに収録されるという快挙を成し遂げる。これを機にSteve Bugと大陸を横断する強いリレーションシップをスタートすることなり2008年はPoker Flatからの待望のNEW EPのリリースが決定している。楽曲のクオリティはさることながらRyo Murakami の最大の魅力はそのライブセットにある。最小限で最良の素材であるがゆえ際立つ、展開の妙と緊張感はクラウドを電子音楽の宇宙に導くものである。

His dancefloor instincts were hung up on show to the world with the'Rise EP' on Dessous in 2007. Alongside this, his delicious slow burning warehouse track 'My Soul' - showcased on Steve Bug's 'Fabric 37' mix - gained so much praise that Poker Flat's Cle chose two more specially made tracks to feature on his mix for the recent 'Dead Man's Hand' compilation. A strong start for the new producer indeed! Murakami is now making a name for himself with his tense and atmospheric Live show, which takes the audience on a real inter-sound voyage through his recent productions.Now more touring,new releases and oversees gigs.
